Inside Out with James Conlon; Activism, Body Image, Mental Health & Dating
In this episode, I chat to James Conlon about his experiences of living with Ulcerative Colitis, particularly focusing on topics of advocacy, body image, mental health and dating. Topics that needless to say, are pretty prominent to many of us regardless of our age, gender or diagnosis. I was really interested in chatting to James about these things from a male’s perspective and I’m proud to share this very raw and honest conversation with James.
**If these are topics that you feel might be unsettling for you to listen to at this moment in time then I suggest that perhaps you skip this episode and come back to it at another point. Also, I'd just like to reiterate that each individuals experiences are different but, I hope that you can learn, relate to or find comfort in James'.
